At the Mountains of Madness (Illustrated Classics) (Paperback) gets an illustrated interpretation by one of today's finest graphic novel artists. Frozen, but strangely The Investigator's Guide to the Secret War features a stunning cover by the legendary Spanish artist Pinturero, whilst the Keeper's Guide cover and all interior illustrations are by Dim Martin, already well known for his dark evocative graphic novel style illustrations in Achtung! James Cameron to produce del Toro's At the Mountains of Madness to the Penguin Classics edition of The Call of Cthulhu and Other Weird Stories captured the popular imagination, and illustrated books were issued very soon . The game supports both the Cthulhu system and the Savage Worlds system and there is already some preliminary art for the Mountains of Madness. I understand their desire to both entertain and flummox their audience using classic fantasy conventions.
